- Job Purpose:
1. Responsible for attracting potential customers and providing excellent customer service by answering queries in a timely manner via all platforms
2. Responsible for timely and accurate orders processing
- Education: Bachelor Degree in any Business Field
- Experience: Up to 1 year of experience in customer service/sales
- Requirements:
1. Good in English and can answer in Arabic (internet language or Arabic) when needed
2. Flexibility for the the below schedule:
6 days a week (Monday to Friday + Saturday or Sunday)
10 AM till 6 PM or 3 PM till 11 PM (flexibility for both shifts)
